Over 20 years of helping people navigate change. Now using AI to help you do it smarter.
RdW stands for Renetta Diane Weaver. And this is her story.
In clinical social work, we call ourselves change agents. That title is not just a job description. It is a lived experience.
Dr. Renetta Weaver has been navigating change her entire career. When she started over 20 years ago, there were no smartphones, no GPS, no electronic records, and no telehealth. There were paper files, manila folders, MapQuest printouts, and a prayer that she would find her client's house before her notes were due.
She found directions on printed paper and hoped they were right. She stopped at payphones with quarters just to check in. She carried a pager and had to find a landline to call back. Then came the big brick cell phone. Then the Blackberry. Then the iPhone. Then the laptop. Then the electronic health record system, and suddenly every handwritten note from years of practice had to be typed into a computer screen she barely trusted.
Then the pandemic came. And everything changed again. Overnight, social workers had to learn Telehealth, earn new certifications, figure out how to unmute themselves and turn their cameras on, and find a way to keep serving people through a screen. And just when they got comfortable with that, they had to figure out how to go back outside again.
Dr. Renetta has lived through every single one of those transitions. And she made it through every one of them.
So when AI arrived, she was not surprised. She was not afraid. She recognized it immediately.
It was just the next change.
But here is what she also knew from 20 years of sitting with people through hard transitions. Change is not just a technology problem. It is a human one. There are real stages that people go through when something new disrupts their world. Fear. Resistance. Confusion. Curiosity. And finally, confidence. She had studied those stages. She had walked people through them. She knew exactly what was needed.
Not more tools. Readiness first.
That is why RDW Solutions does not start with AI tools. It starts with you. Your mindset. Your readiness. Your understanding. Because the tools only work when the person using them feels ready, supported, and capable.
AI has a brain. But so do you. And we build yours first.

Activities of Daily Legacy™ was born out of a reunion twenty years in the making.
Dr. Renetta Weaver and Shantelle Coleman of Clarity Works first met as students at Towson State University. Life took them in different directions. Then one day they found themselves in the same AI community and later discovered they were living in the same 55 and older neighborhood.
When Dr. Renetta shared her vision for bringing AI education to adults in their community, Shantelle said yes. Their first event at the Parklands Community Center was the beginning of something bigger than either of them planned.
That is what Activities of Daily Legacy™ is built on. Community. Reunion. Purpose.
Founded by Dr. Renetta Weaver. Co-facilitated with Shantelle Coleman of Clarity Works.

You do not need every tool. You just need the right support and one clear first step.
